Enjoy our complimentary 1-Year Warranty on all jewelry pieces. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, scratches, bent rings, broken chains, improper storage or care, contact with chemicals, makeup, perfumes, water damage, discoloration, stone loss from everyday wear, natural stone inclusions, or third-party modifications. How do I make a warranty claim?

If you experience faults with your jewelry outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy, we'll review your inquiry as a warranty claim. Please contact us through our Contact page. We will review your claim and inform you of the next steps.
